1. Nature of the service

Verrixa Point is an information service that publishes public Eurojackpot and Viking Lotto results and statistics based on them. We do not host gambling or sell lottery tickets.

2. Limited licence

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated collection or commercial republication of the data is prohibited without written permission.

3. Limitation of liability

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that results are completely error-free. Official results are found in each operator's own publications. Verrixa Point is not liable for damages caused by discrepancies between official data and data published on the site. Statistics describe past draws and do not predict future results.

4. User account

Creating an account is free and requires you to be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Premium subscription

Premium is a paid digital service activated on your account after successful payment. Prices (VAT included): €4.90/month recurring monthly, €39/year recurring yearly and €129 one-time with no renewal.

Billing and renewal. Recurring plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. We never store full card details on our servers.

Cancellation. You can cancel a recurring plan at any time in your account settings or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Right of withdrawal. Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately, we ask for your explicit consent to start the service and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends once performance begins.

Price changes. Price increases for recurring plans are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We notify registered users of material changes by email 14 days in advance.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or to the district court of their domicile. Other disputes are settled in the Korvatunturintie 2 00970 Helsinki District Court.
